When will my art photo be delivered?

Printing the photograph, mounting, framing and shipping your fine art photograph may take up to 3 weeks. Once your photo art is ready to ship, you will receive a FedEx tracking number allowing you to track your photo art.

What happens if I am away during delivery?

Under no circumstances will Fedex leave your art photo outside the door. Fedex is obliged to obtain the signature of a person present, only at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt to re-deliver at a later date.

Will my art photo be well protected during transport?

Don't worry, your art photo will be delivered to your home in perfect condition. We have developed a ultra-resistant recycled wood box. Inside the box, the corners are also protected by recycled cardboard angles and the fine art photo wrapped in crumpled paper.

Your Art Photography is damaged?

Our online art gallery has selected one of the best delivery services (Fedex) so that the purchase of your photo online takes place in the best conditions.

However, it is possible that your art photo is damaged.

If so, we require that any claims for damages are filed within 72 hours following the receipt of your art photo, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our carrier and therefore cannot take responsibility for it. Please open and inspect your fine art photograph upon receipt, and if there are any issues, follow these instructions carefully:

1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and note any visible damage when signing for receipt.

2. If your fine art photograph is damaged, take a photo of the outside of the box before opening it.

3. Open the package and take photos of all damaged points.

4. Send all photos and your contact details to info@x-plorar.com with the subject "Damages - Order number".

Your order number appears in the e-mails that we send to you and on the dispatch note which is inside the package.

My fine art photography is lost, what should I do?

If your art photo has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know by sending an email to info@x-plorar.com and we will find it.

FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY

Artistic photos in recycled metal or fine art paper?

FINE ART PAPER VERSION - Our photos are printed on lightly structured Fine Art Natural paper of 300g/m2. Our photos are covered with a 2 mm thick white passe-partout and an anti-UV plexiglass.

METAL VERSION - Available in Chromaluxe semi-gloss, the world's leading manufacturer of high definition fine art photo media for dye sublimation. These recycled metal prints are extremely durable, offering scratch and abrasion resistance without hiding your image behind glass.

What materials do you use to frame your art photos?

The frames of a metallic photography are made of aluminum. They are available in black or white. Note that our metal frameless version also arrives ready to hang with a suitable hanging system on the back.

The frames of a paper photograph are made of wood and assembled by hand for each piece.

What are the thicknesses of your frames?

The frames of a metallic photography are 2.5 CM thick for sizes S, M, L and 5 CM thick for Giant & Collector versions.

The frames of a paper photograph have a thickness of 4 CM for all sizes.

How to hang your art photographs?

Whether it's a black and white photo, or a color photograph, all our art photographs are delivered with an aluminum hanging system adapted to the back, invisible from the front.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return my art photo?

We we do not accept returns of our fine art photographs. However, if you have received another art image from our photo gallery by mistake, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

All order cancellations and changes must be completed within 24 hours of purchasing your photo art. We custom print and frame each piece, just for you, and therefore cannot make any adjustments once we have begun the framing process.
