ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
Printing, mounting, framing and shipping your artwork can take up to 3 weeks. Once your package is ready to go, you will receive a FedEx tracking number allowing you to track your order on its way to your wall.
What if my artwork or frame is damaged when I receive it?
We take great care to ensure that all artwork purchases arrive safely. However, there are times when unfortunate events beyond our control occur and there is a chance that your order will arrive imperfect. In such cases, we require that any claims for damages be filed within 72 hours of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our carrier and therefore cannot assume liability. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt, and if there is a problem, carefully follow these instructions:1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and note any visible damage when you sign for receipt.2. If the package is damaged, take a photo of the outside of the box before opening it.3. Open the package and take photos of all damaged points.4. Send all photos and your contact details to info@x-plorar.com with the subject "Damage - Order number". Your order number appears in the e-mails that we send to you and on the dispatch note which is inside the package.
My order is lost. What should I do ?
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know by emailing info@x-plorar.com and we will track it down.

What are the differences between the metal version and the paper version?
Our paper prints are made on Canson Infinity Photo Luster Premium RC paper coated with a 2.5mm thick white mat and UV blocking acrylic glaze. Our 3 cm thick frames give a natural and elegant look to your image.
Our metal prints are made with Chromaluxe Semi-Gloss, the world's leading manufacturer of high definition dye sublimation print media. These recycled metal prints are extremely durable, offering scratch and abrasion resistance without hiding your image behind glass.
What are your frames made of?
The frames of our metal prints are made of aluminum. They are available in black or white. Note that our metal frameless version also arrives ready to hang with a suitable hanging system on the back.
The frames of our paper prints are made of wood and assembled by hand for each piece.
How do you hang your artwork?
All our works come standard with a suitable aluminum hanging system on the back, invisible from the front. Simple and safe use.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy ?
All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you received the wrong print by mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
All order cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece, just for you, and therefore cannot make any adjustments once we have begun the framing process. Sorry !
